Purposes: The data collected through the contact email or forms made available to you will be processed by Hostal Zamora for the purpose of attending, processing and responding to the purpose of your request or contact, processing your reservation and/or providing the contracted service. The data provided will not be used for purposes other than those that prompted their collection. Additionally, and voluntarily, you may give your consent (by checking the corresponding box that will be made available) for the sending, by electronic means, of informative or promotional communications from Hostal Zamora or its services, which, being similar to the current ones, may be of interest to you, for which your prior consent will be requested.
3. Origin of the data: the interested party themselves, Tour operators. The User certifies that they are over 18 years old and therefore have the legal capacity necessary to give consent regarding the processing of their personal data in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy.
4. Legal basis for processing: consent of the interested party, in fulfillment of a service contract, legitimate interest.
5. Retention: the data, if collected, will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes that prompted their collection, being deleted when they are no longer necessary for such purposes, when the relationship, service or communication established ends, unless their retention is required by legal obligation.
6. Data disclosure: In no case will your data be transferred or communicated to third parties, except by legal obligation (for example: police authority); nor will international transfers of the data be made, outside the European Union, unless there is unequivocal consent from the interested party, prior information on the possible recipients, purpose and, if applicable, country of destination.
7. Duty of confidentiality: Hostal Zamora strictly complies with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality of personal data, having implemented, for these purposes, the necessary technical, organizational and security measures to prevent their alteration, loss, processing and/or unauthorized access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the data stored, and the risks they are exposed to, all in accordance with the provisions of Spanish and European legislation on the Protection of Personal Data.
