What would you like to know?

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is after 1.30 p.m., although we try and give the room key as soon as possible, as it particularly depends on the occupancy of the previous day. Check-out is before 12.00 p.m. and we need at least 1-2 hours to get the room ready. However, you can leave your luggage in the hostel until the room is ready.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out is not available and any late departures will be charged an extra night’s stay. In any case, please ask in advance at reception as it also depends on current availability.

Do rooms have balcony or terrace? Can I book one?

Unfortunately, our rooms do not have terraces and not all rooms are exterior. Depending on availability, you may be allocated an interior room (with a window overlooking the interior courtyard) or an exterior one (views of the square), although please notify us during the booking process so that we can take your preference into account. In any case, we will notify you about it in advance.

Are there non-smoking rooms?

Spanish law prohibits any smoking inside public establishments and, as such, smoking is not permitted anywhere in our hostel, including on the balconies.

Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year long?

The hostel has air conditioning in summer and heating in winter. This means that, depending on the weather, the hostel and the rooms will have air conditioning (in summer) and heating (in winter). Clients cannot have individual preference.

Can you keep my luggage after checking out?

Yes, as long as you pick it up on the same day. This service is free of charge.

Where can I park my car in a safe place? How much does it cost?

The hostel does not have a car park but there is a partner car park located 700 yards from us which offers a discount for hostel guests. You need to present the parking ticket at the hostel reception so we can stamp it and then get your discount when you show it to the car park’s security guard. Do not insert the ticket directly into pay machines as they do not recognise the stamp.

Is there Internet connection in my room for my laptop? Is it wireless?

Yes. We have Wi-Fi Internet throughout the hostel, free of charge for all our guests.

Do you offer an airport pick-up/drop-off service?

We do not generally offer this service. We can arrange for a taxi to pick you up at a time of your choice but you would have to request it at reception and pay the taxi directly.

Which is the nearest metro station to the hostel?

There are two nearby metro stations: Gran Vía and Chueca, although Gran Vía is slightly closer.
